Data Deletion Instructions
Request deletion of personal data associated with your JualFlow account or a Meta connection made through JualFlow.
How to request deletion
Sign in to JualFlow and contact support from your workspace. Include the email address used for your JualFlow account and, if relevant, the name of the workspace or WhatsApp Business number connected through JualFlow.
If you no longer have access to your workspace, contact the JualFlow workspace administrator who invited you. We may ask for information needed to verify that you are authorised to make the request.
What is deleted
After verification, JualFlow deletes or anonymises the applicable account data and removes any JualFlow-stored credential used for a connected WhatsApp Business Account. We will confirm completion through the contact method used for the request.
Deleting a JualFlow connection does not delete a WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, Meta billing record, or template held by Meta. Those assets remain under the connected business's control in Meta.
