These terms explain how JualFlow may be used. They are practical operating terms for account, workspace, public page, and tenant data use.

1. About JualFlow
JualFlow is a web-based workspace for sellers to manage customers, enquiries, orders, follow-ups, documents, WhatsApp message templates, rewards, reports, and team workflows.
2. Access and Plans
JualFlow features, plans, limits, wording, and workflows may change as we improve the product and support different workspace needs.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate workspace information, and making sure your users use JualFlow appropriately.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use JualFlow for unlawful activity, spam, abuse, attempts to access another tenant's data, security testing without permission, or activity that harms the service for other users.
5. Your Data
You keep responsibility for the business data you enter into JualFlow. JualFlow is designed to separate tenant data, but you should still export or back up important records when needed.
6. Documents and Compliance
JualFlow can help generate normal business documents such as quotations, invoices, and receipts if enabled. LHDN e-Invoice integration is not included unless explicitly implemented.
7. Availability and Changes
JualFlow may be updated from time to time. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
8. Feedback
Feedback submitted through JualFlow may be used to improve the product, prioritize fixes, and understand user workflows.
9. Privacy
Use of JualFlow is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how account, workspace, session, feedback, and public-site analytics data may be collected and used.
