What the Customers page is for
Use Customers as your customer list and mini CRM. It helps you find customer details before creating a new enquiry, order, task, or follow-up.
Common actions
- Add a new customer with name and phone number.
- Update profile details, contact details, tags, notes, and addresses if available.
- Open a customer profile to review customer history, rewards, recent activity, and order/enquiry records.
- Create an enquiry or order from the customer profile when you already know the customer.
Useful tip
Use the existing-customer selection when creating a new enquiry so repeat customers stay under the same profile.
