Tasks help sellers remember customer follow-ups, quote checks, payment reminders, delivery updates, and internal work.
Common actions
- Create a task from the follow-ups page or from contact and record context where available.
- Set due date, due time, priority, type, status, and assigned user if available.
- Link tasks to a contact or record when the task belongs to specific work.
- Complete, cancel, reopen, or delete tasks when your role allows it.
Where tasks appear
Overdue and due tasks may appear on the dashboard, notifications, contact profile, record detail, and pipeline cards if connected.
