Use loyalty or reward tracking when enabled for the workspace.

How rewards work

Reward behavior depends on workspace settings. A workspace may use points or milestone-style rewards depending on configuration.

Common actions

  • View customer reward summary and transaction history if enabled.
  • Award or redeem rewards when the record and settings allow it.
  • Admins may adjust or void reward transactions when available.
  • Order-level reward cards may show earned, redeemed, and available rewards.
