Exports
CSV, XLSX, and PDF exports depend on report type, selected columns, user role, and plan settings. Use column selection, filters, and date ranges before exporting. Lead / Sales Agent workspaces can also export renewals and active customer products from Reports or the Renewal Desk.
Saved report templates
Use saved report templates for recurring reports. A template stores the report type, format, selected columns, filters, and optional default setting so the same report can be loaded again later.
Printable reports
Use Preview / Print in Reports to open a document-style report with the same selected columns, filters, and backend data as the CSV/XLSX/PDF export. For an official generated file, choose PDF in the Format field and export it directly.
Custom fields
Orders / Enquiries and Lead reports can include configured workflow custom fields as selectable columns. Customer, client, and prospect reports can also include configured profile custom fields such as Alt phone no. when those fields exist.
Column selection
Report columns are grouped by purpose and can be switched to a recommended set, selected one by one, selected all for a full export, and reordered before Preview / Print, CSV, XLSX, or PDF export.
