Records and enquiries
This is the full working list. An enquiry is usually an early customer request. An order, lead, or service request is more confirmed depending on your business type and workflow.
What you can manage
- Create a new enquiry or request quickly while chatting with a customer, client, or prospect.
- Select an existing contact or add a new one.
- Add catalog items or manual items.
- Update workflow status, payment, fulfillment, issue, cancellation, refund, and delivery details if available.
- Open detail view to manage documents, tasks, rewards, timeline, and activity.
- Delete accidental records when your role allows it; use normal workflow statuses for real outcomes such as completed, cancelled, lost, or not interested.
- Use filters to find records by customer, owner, status, date, or other available fields.
