Use JualFlow as a property listing, prospect, lead, viewing, and follow-up workspace.

What changes

When the workspace business type is Real Estate Agent, JualFlow adapts the existing catalog, public page, CRM, leads, pipeline, tasks, reports, and analytics screens for property work.

Real Estate wording

  • Products & Services becomes Property Listings.
  • Customers becomes Prospects.
  • Orders & Enquiries becomes Leads & Deals.
  • Enquiry Pipeline becomes Prospect Pipeline.
  • Follow-ups & Tasks becomes Viewings & Follow-ups.
  • Public listing pages use a direct property enquiry flow instead of add-to-cart or shortlist actions.
  • Property enquiries do not show purchase quantity controls, line totals, or checkout subtotals.

Property listings

  • Property listings can store structured details such as listing type, property type, location, asking or rental price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, furnishing, availability, and highlights.
  • Listings can have multiple photos with one cover image and gallery photos.
  • Public fallback links use jualflow.my/s/your-link, and listing detail links use /i/your-listing-link.

Dashboard and viewings

Real Estate dashboard cards use Real Estate data sources. Active leads come from lead/deal records, scheduled viewings come from Viewing tasks, and listing performance comes from public page analytics events.
