Publish a customer-facing page with item browsing, WhatsApp checkout or enquiry, and sharing settings.

What the public page is for

The public page is the catalog, service, or listing website for your workspace. Visitors can open your link, browse visible items, fill checkout or enquiry details, and continue the conversation in WhatsApp.

Public links

  • A public page can use a JualFlow subdomain such as yourstore.jualflow.my.
  • The fallback link also works, such as jualflow.my/s/yourstore.
  • Tenant admins can update the page name, link, logo, storefront cover image, sharing image, brand color, and SEO sharing text when the plan allows it.
  • Old public links may redirect to the current link unless a platform owner releases them.

Cover and sharing images

The storefront cover image is used in the top public page hero area. The sharing image is separate and is used for WhatsApp/social previews, search previews, and Discover cards.

Public items

  • The public page reuses the same catalog. You do not need to create a separate public catalog.
  • Tenant admins choose which catalog items, services, or listings are shown publicly.
  • Visible and featured item limits depend on the current plan or platform owner override.
  • Photos, category, price or value, availability, and public item page links are shown to visitors when relevant.

Checkout and WhatsApp

  • Retail visitors can add products to cart and fill checkout details. Real Estate visitors send direct property enquiries.
  • Service, Booking/Rental, and Lead/Sales Agent pages adapt the same public flow into service requests, booking requests, or lead enquiries.
  • Booking/Rental visitors choose a real unit/space before adding optional add-on services, then send the request through WhatsApp.
  • JualFlow saves a checkout or enquiry submission record, then opens WhatsApp with the prepared message.
  • Manual checkout-to-record conversion is available when the plan includes it.
  • Automatic checkout-to-record conversion is available on higher-tier automation when enabled.
