Enquiry Pipeline

Track potential orders, leads, or requests visually before they are completed.

What it is

Enquiry Pipeline helps you see open opportunities by stage, such as new, quoted, follow-up, converted, or lost, depending on the workspace workflow.

How to use it

  • Open an enquiry card to review details.
  • Move enquiries between stages if your role allows it.
  • Convert an enquiry to an order, lead, or request, or mark it lost if those actions are available.
  • Use Add Task from pipeline cards when a customer needs follow-up.
  • Use value, priority, owner, and close date fields if enabled in your workflow.

Permissions

Admins can usually manage workspace-wide records. Users may only edit allowed records based on ownership, team visibility, and shared edit settings.
