What it is for
Lead / Sales Agent mode is for agents who manage prospects from WhatsApp, ads, telemarketing, referrals, and renewal lists. It adds Lead Desk, Lead Pipeline, Prospects, Renewals, Offers / Products, Promo Page, and Follow-ups.
Lead Desk
- Use Lead Desk for the current sales attempt or opportunity.
- Lead stage is the workflow status. JualFlow no longer uses a separate legacy lead status field.
- Move a lead through stages such as contacted, interest confirmed, follow-up scheduled, confirmed, lost, or not interested using the row action or detail page.
- Converted leads are kept for history but are hidden from the active Lead Desk by default.
Renewals
- Renewals show active customer products or subscriptions with renewal or expiry timing.
- Existing subscribers should live in Renewals and the customer/prospect profile Active products section, not flood the active Lead Desk.
- Create a renewal opportunity when an existing customer needs follow-up, upgrade, renewal, or another sales attempt.
Import
- Import accepts CSV or fixed-template Excel files for prospects, active customer products, renewal timing, follow-ups, and needs-review rows.
- Rows with active product and expiry timing become Renewal records.
- Rows with clear opportunity signals can also create Lead Desk opportunities and follow-up tasks.
- IC/NRIC or private reference values are stored only as internal references. They are not used as the main matching key and do not appear on public pages or public WhatsApp messages.
