WhatsApp Broadcasts

Connect your WhatsApp Business number, send approved campaigns, manage Flows, and work from the Inbox.

What WhatsApp Broadcasts is for

WhatsApp Broadcasts connects your own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number to JualFlow. You can manage consented contacts, submit templates to Meta, send approved campaigns, receive replies, and review delivery results. It is separate from the normal WhatsApp message tools that only prepare a message for you to copy or open.

Connect a number

  • Open WhatsApp Broadcasts and choose the connection option that matches your number.
  • Use coexistence when you want to keep using an eligible WhatsApp Business app number on your phone.
  • Use a new Cloud API number when the number is new or you deliberately want to move it to the API.
  • Complete the Meta setup in the browser and grant JualFlow access to the correct business portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account.
  • Only tenant admins can connect or disconnect a number.

Templates and campaigns

  • Add opted-in contacts before creating a campaign. STOP or opted-out contacts are excluded automatically.
  • Create or sync a template, then wait for Meta to approve it before sending.
  • Create a campaign by choosing the audience, approved template, variable values, and send time.
  • Scheduled campaigns can be cancelled before sending. Delivery, read, and failure results appear in the campaign details.
  • Meta controls template approval, messaging limits, display-name review, and message charges.

Flows

Open the Flows tab to create a guided form that customers can complete inside WhatsApp. Use the visual builder to add screens, fields, buttons, images, and an end screen. Save and validate the Flow with Meta, then publish it before attaching it to a template.

Dynamic data exchange and submissions

  • Enable Dynamic data exchange when the Flow needs to send encrypted responses to JualFlow while the customer is completing it.
  • Attach the endpoint to the Flow, then use the Flow submissions area to review completed responses.
  • Map a response into a Customer, Enquiry, or Booking, or dismiss it when it is not useful.
  • For a product-enquiry Flow, an admin can save a mapping rule so future complete responses create or match a customer and create an enquiry automatically.
  • Missing or invalid values remain in Needs review instead of creating incomplete records.

Meta product catalogs

In the catalog settings, enter an accessible Meta Commerce catalog ID and preview its products before importing them. Import brings Meta products into JualFlow for review; Sync products sends active JualFlow products to the configured Meta catalog. A catalog created only inside the WhatsApp Business app may not be available through the Cloud API, so it may need to be created or connected in Meta Commerce Manager first.

Inbox and account status

  • Use WhatsApp Inbox to read replies and respond during Meta's customer-service window.
  • Images, documents, Flow responses, catalog shares, locations, reactions, and shared contacts are shown as readable message items when Meta provides the data.
  • If the display name is pending review or rejected, check WhatsApp Manager for the reason and review options. JualFlow shows Meta's current status but cannot approve it.
  • Approximate Meta charges appear only when Meta returns cost analytics. JualFlow does not replace Meta billing or invoices.

Important boundaries

JualFlow never shares one tenant's number, contacts, templates, campaigns, catalog access, or Flow data with another tenant. Meta remains authoritative for account access, approval, billing, delivery limits, and WhatsApp's final message presentation.
