Workspace Settings

Configure workspace behavior such as business type, workflow, rewards, documents, and templates.

What settings control

General workspace information.
Business type.
Workflow templates and customization.
Contact and record visibility and shared edit behavior.
Reward settings.
Document settings.
WhatsApp message templates.
WhatsApp Broadcasts connection, consent, templates, campaigns, Flows, and catalog settings when enabled for the workspace.

System templates are defaults. Workspace admins can customize their own workflow copy if available. Normal users do not need to configure workflows.
